High pressure is the conclusive factor
  It is achieved by tww X-Pump and ultra high pressure water injector for milling.

As the nozzle part rotates with high speed, milling the concrete below the re-bars is possible. And depending on the milling depth and the quantity of re-bars, 4 angles between 10° and 30° are selectable.

The concretes around re-bars and tie-bars are cleanly removed.


Milling of the surface of concrete pavement
Removed are concrete with less than a atrength, forming a plane with a same strength. Without damaged part remainings, the resulting rough surface enhance the binding strength.

An Example of Surface Scaling of Concrete Pavement
The lower half part of the photo to the right is ravelled to smooth and slippery surface and the upper half part is scaled by hydro milling system to revive the skid resistance.
This operation is done by two set of ultra high pressure generator and a surface scaling equipment
